Our night navigation courses are for those with good navigation experience who want to stretch and challenge themseleves. Perfect for practicing skills needed if benighted on longer days in the winter months or for when the weather gets close in the mountains and visibility is not far.

 

Our experienced instructors will be there to guide your learning, building on the skills like bearings, pacings and timings to really hone those skills in as sharp as they can be.

We will meet an hour or two before dusk and start on a short journey, slowly making the navigation more tricky as you get more confident, but also as it gets darker.
